*HONEY VANILLA FROMAGE BLANC

Step 1

Mix 32 oz fromage blanc with 1/4 c heavy cream, 1/2 c good honey, 4 tsp pure vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp fresh grated lemon zest and the scraped seeds from one vanilla bean. Plate this on bottom of bowl and top with peaches, raspberries, strawberries, orange segments. Top with raspberry sauce. WE TRIED THIS ON 4/1/12. BYERLYS DID NOT HAVE FROMAGE BLANC WHICH IS LIKE A CREAM CHEESE, IF THEY DONT HAVE IT NO ONE WILL. SO I USED MARSCAPONE. IT WAS ONLY A 17 OZ CONTAINER AND IT WAS VERY GOOD, ALL THREE BOYS LOVED IT. I WAS OUT OF RASPBERRY SAUCE BUT THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD TOO.
