Ingredients
- 2 3/4 c AP Flour
- 1 T Sugar
- 2 oz Shortening
- 6 oz Butter, frozen butter cut in chunks
- 2 t Salt
- 4 oz Water COLD
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, combine flour, sugar, shortening, butter and salt. Process until the size of peas. add ice water just until dough comes together. Knead by hand and pat into circle. Wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours until ready to make pie crust.
