Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 1/2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 teasp. vanilla
- 1 pint heavy cream- whipped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 teasp. flour
Preparation
Step 1
Combine and spread on bottom and sides of 9" springform pan
Soften cream cheese and cream. Add eggs 1 at a time. Add sugar, flour slowly and mix. Add vanilla and fold in whipped cream. Mix until fluffy.
Bake 1 hour at 270 degrees- turn off and let stay in oven 1 more hour.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours
