Ingredients
- Meat Marinade:
- 1 1/2 lb. Flank Steak~thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 TBSP. Cornstarch
- 1 TBSP. Soy sauce
- 1 TBSP. Water
- 2 TBSP. Canola oil
- Whisk all together, place meat into
- a large zip lock baggie and pour marinade
- over the meat. Let chill for at least 1 hour.
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 C. Soy Sauce
- 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
- 4 Cloves Garlic~ minced
- 2 TBSP. Flour
- 1 TBSP. Water
- 3 TBSP. Canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl mix all ingredients~ set aside.
In large wok heat 2 TBSP. canola oil on med.-high heat.
Add in (2) Heads of Broccoli Crowns.
Saute for 3 minutes. Place in a bowl.
Next add the remaining oil to the wok,
place the marinated meat in and "fry" for 4 minutes.
Stirring often, add in the broccoli and the sauce.
Saute for another minute.
Serve over white rice.
