Spicy Peanut Chicken (slow cooker)

  • 1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 chopped jalapeno pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut thighs into 2" pieces. Place in 3-4 qt. slow cooker.

In medium bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, orange juice, onion, and jalapenos and mix well. Pour into slow cooker and cover. Cook on low 7-8 hours, until done.

Stir well and serve over hot cooked rice or pasta.
