Meatless Mexicali Soup (ramen noodles)

  • 1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
  • 2 tea. taco seasoning, or to taste
  • 1 (3 oz) pkg. chicken ramen noodles with seasoning packet
  • 1 (11 oz) can mexicorn with red and green bell peppers
  • flour tortillas, warmed

Preparation

Step 1

Pour broth into a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and stir to dissolve. Heat mixture to boiling. Add noodles and seasoning from packet; cook for 3 minutes or until noodles are tender and flavors are blended. Add mexicorn and cook until heated through. Pour into serving bowls and serve with warm tortillas.
