Sundried Tomatoe & Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup old cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

1. In large pot of water, cook cauliflower until tender.
2. In saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Saute garlic for 1 minute. Whisk flour into milk and pour into pan whisking constantly.
3. Stir in tomatoes, paprika, pepper and cook for about 3 minutes until bubbling and thickened. Stir in cheese until melted.
4. Pour over cauliflower
