Quick Marinated Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tea. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tea. dried tarragon
  • 1/4 tea. pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl, combine mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire, tarragon, and pepper; mix well.

Spread sauce on both sides of chicken breasts. Marinate at room temperature for 10-15 minutes or refrigerate until ready to grill.

Discard marinade and grill over medium heat, uncovered, turning once during grilling time. Grill for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear with chicken is pierced with a fork.
