Buttermilk Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 sq. chocolate
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Meadow Brook buttermilk
  • 1 sq. chocolate
  • 1 stick butter
  • 6 tablespoons Meadow Brook milk
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water, chocolate squares and butter together. Mix with flour and sugar. Mix together eggs, vanilla and Meadow Brook buttermilk. Add to rest of ingredients and pour into greased pan. Bake at 350º for 30 min.

Icing:

Heat first three ingredients together. Remove from heat. Blend in powdered sugar until smooth. Put on top of cool cake.
