Ingredients
- 2 lb Sifted Confectioners Sugar
- 1 T Cream Of Tartar
- 1 c (6-7 fresh whites) Egg Whites Fresh OR pasteurized
Preparation
Step 1
In mixer bowl of kitchenaid mixer with paddle attachment on LOW speed, combine cream of tartar with confectioners sugar. Slowly add egg whites while increasing to medium speed.
You may have to adjust your consistency with either another egg white, or with a little bit of water. Depending on the result you are looking for.
