  • 1 1/2 c Sour Cream
  • 1 c mayo
  • 1 6oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 6oz can water chestnuts (drained)
  • 1 pkg Knorr Vegetable dip mix
  • 2 10oz frozen chopped spinach (drained)
  • Crackers of choice

Mix all ingredients and chill 2 hours. Serve with crackers
