Ham Soup (ramen noodles)

Ingredients

  • 1 (145 oz) can chicken broth
  • 1 (11.5 oz) can V-8 juice, regular or spicy
  • 1 (15 oz) can green beans with liquid
  • 1 peeled, diced potato (1/2" cubes)
  • 1/3 cup chopped ham or pepperoni
  • 1 (3 oz) pkg. chicken flavor ramen noodles with seasoning packet

Preparation

Step 1

In a slow cooker, stir together broth, V-8 juice, green beans with liquid, potato, ham and half of the seasoning from packet. Cover and cook on low setting for 3-6 hours.

About 30 minut3s before serving, break up noodles and add to slow cooker with 3/4 cup hot water. Stir to combine and continue to cook until noodles are tender and soup is heated through.
