Ingredients
- 3 cups raw turnip, diced (cut small for cooking)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook turnip until tender, using a small amount of water. Drain well. Add margarine and mash while turnip is hot.
Combine everything in a bowl and place in a greased casserole dish.
Cook 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
