Wild Blackberry (Boysenberry) Pie
- 1 basic 9 inch double crust 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3-4 cup berries 3-4 Tablespoons flour
- 1-1/4 cup sugar 2 Tablespoons butter
Line 9 inch pan with pastry. Mix sugar flour and salt. Combine with berries and pour into shell. Dot with butter. Brush edge of shell with milk and add top crust. Crimp edges to seal. Brush top with milk and bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake 45 minutes longer.
