Thai Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 8 bone in chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 1/4 cu chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp gingerroot
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 2/3 cup rice
  • 2 tbsp peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place chicken in slow cooker. Mix next 5 ingredients until blended and pour over chicken.
2. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
3. Spoon over rice and top with peanuts
