Ingredients
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley or cilantro
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white onion, chopped
- 2 avocados chopped
- Sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
In non-reactive glass bowl toss together tomatoes, parsley, oil, lemon juice and onions. Add avocados and salt. Toss gently.
