Ingredients

  • Dry:

  • 1

    cup almond flour

  • 3

    Tbsp coconut flour

  • 1

    Tbsp cinnamon

  • ½

    tsp baking soda

  • ¼

    tsp sea salt

  • Wet:

  • 1

    med apple (finely diced)

  • 3

    medium eggs, whisked

  • 2

    Tbsp raw honey

  • ¼

    cup coconut oil, melted

  • ¼

    cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x5 loaf pan with coconut oil. 2. Using two bowls, mix all the dry ingredients in one and sift together. Mix the wet ingredients in the other bowl and then fold in the apples. 3. Add the wet to the dry and mix well. 4. Pour batter into bread pan and top with the nuts. Bake 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool, about 30 min.
