Quick Mug Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box Angel Food cake mix
• 1 equal size box any other kind of cake mix

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk the two boxes of cake mix together until fully blended. Store the mix in an air-tight container.

To use: Mix 3 Tblsp of cake mix with 2 Tblsp water in a larger coffee mug. Microwave on high for one minute.

Serve plain or with topping such as Nutella, ice cream, whipped cream, nuts, or fruit.
