Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsifted flour
  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup cold margarine or butter
  • 1 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 8 ounce packages softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Realemon Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine flour and brown sugar: cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in oats. Reserving 1 ½ cups mixture, press remainder into 15x10 inch jellyroll pan; bake 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in large mixer bowl, beat cheese and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add milk and vanilla, then lemon juice; beat well. Pour over crust; sprinkle with reserved mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Refrigerate. Makes 40 large bars.
