- 1 pound shells -- cooked
- 3 pounds vegetables -- freshly or frozen
- 1 log velveta cheese -- sliced
- 2 sticks butter -- melted

Cook Vegetables and shells
*Mix shells, vegetables, and butter
*Grease cassarole dish
*Layer shell mix and velveta cheese
*Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
