Ingredients
- Roasting Chicken
- 1 clove garlic minced
- juice and peel of 1 lemon
- 4 large sprigs fresh Rosemary or 1 Tablespoon dried
- Salt
- Lemon Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- Paprika
- 6 medium potatoes

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Rinse chicken. Mix garlic lemon juice and rosemary. Rub under skin of breast and thigh area. Tie legs. Rub outside of skin with mixture of lemon peel and oil. Sprinkle with paprika. Place breast side up until done and juices run clear, 25 to 30 minutes per pound. Let stand 10 minutes.
