Ingredients
- Use my pressure cooker spaghetti sauce recipe.
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 lge. package shredded mozzarella cheese
- (I don't use Ricotta or cottage cheese)

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare sauce from my Pressure Cooker Spaghetti sauce recipe.
Prepare lasagna noodles according to package directions.
Spray a 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish with cooking oil spray.
Line bottom of pan with one layer of noodles.
Add a ladle or two of sauce.
Top with cheese.
Repeat a layer of noodles, sauce and cheese.
Repeat until you have 3 or 4 layers.
Top cheese with sliced olives, parsley flakes, etc. and desired.
Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serves 8 - 10 people
