Ingredients
- 1/2 C crisco
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 C creamy peanut butter
- 1 C packed brown sugar
- 1 C granulated sugar (plus more for rolling)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/4 C flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°. Cream crisco, butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until blended. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Form dough into 1" balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes. Press chocolate kiss into center of each cookie. Bake 3 minutes more. Cool 2 minutes on sheet before removing to cooling rack to cool completely.
