Ingredients

  • 5 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 1 whole Serrano pepper, chopped (use only if you like spicy pico)
  • Juice from 1/2 large lime
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all ingredients together, except cilantro. Add cilantro, stir again, cover and refrigerate.
