Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Ibs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted, divided
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can .(1O.75 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
  • 2 cups crushed cornftakes
  • Paprika (for color)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325°F.
Stir together potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, salt. pepper, onion, soup and cheese in a large bowl.
Pour potato mixture into 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with cornflakes and remaining melted butter. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika.
