Potato Casserole

  • medium potatoes.
  • 2 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chives
  • melted butter 1/2 cup



Step 1

Cook peel and grate 8 medium potatoes. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1-cup sour cream, 1-½ cups grated cheddar cheese, salt pepper and chives, (include tops)

Place in 2-quart casserole. Top with a mixture of 2 cups corn flakes-crushed.

Drizzle with melted butter (1/2 cup)

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
