  • Turkey steaks
  • flour
  • butter
  • fresh mushrooms
  • green onion

Preparation

Step 1

Dredge turkey steaks in seasoned flour. Saute in butter or cooking oil over medium heat for 3 minutes per side or until tender. Meanwhile sauté chopped fresh mushrooms and green onion in butter or oil. Top steaks with mixtures.
