Ingredients
- 1/3 cup light cream cheese
- 1/3 cup light sour cream
- 3 tablespoons granulated no-calorie sweetener (or 4 packets)
- 3 tablespoons reduced sugar strawberry jam
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup light whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese on low speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the sour cream, sweetener, jam and vanilla extract. Coninue beating until smooth.
2. Gently mix in one-half of the whipped topping with a spatula. Fold in the remaining whipped topping until just combined.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
