Ingredients
- 1 lb. russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium high.
Slice potatoes lengthwise into 1/2" thick planks and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Grill planks 8 - 10 minutes, turning once.
Drizzle with more oil before serving if desired.
