- 1 Pkg Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 T Sugar
- 4 C Flour
- 1 Egg
- Coarse Salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Dissolve yeast in 1 1/2 C warm water. Add sugar & salt. Blend in flour and knead until smooth. Divide dough into 16 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin round. Shape and place on well greased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake immediately for 12-15 min.
