Ingredients
- Ciabatta bread-lightly grilled or toasted
- One pound cooked shredded chicken breast
- One half to one pound grilled asparagus
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1/2 cup chopped calamari olives
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinager
- Goat cheese
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Spread warm bread with goat cheese
Mix all ingredients except oil and vinager together and spoon onto bread. Drizzle with oil and vinager and serve.
