Ingredients

  • 3 jalapeño chilies. Stemmed,seeded and diced.
  • 1/4 c minced onion
  • 2 gloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 t cumin
  • 4 1/2 oz. tomato paste salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c reserved liquid

Preparation

Step 1

Bring first 4 ingredients to boil. Simmer 15 mins. Strain and reserve liquid.
Put chili mixture in food processor add rest of the ingredients Purée add more liquid of me essay.
Serve with roasted meat.
