MARINADE FOR BEEF BRISKET

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. Wishbone Italian oil dressing
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Brush on 4 or 5 pound brisket on both sides. Wrap in foil. Refrigerate overnight. Leave in foil and bake at 275 degrees for 4 or 5 hours, or until tender.
