Lamb,fetta and spinach pasta

Ingredients
- 400 g penne pasta
- 500 g lamb mince or beef
- 1 medium brown onion, finely chopped
- 690 ml jar italien tomato pasta sauce
- 1 small carrot peeled & grated
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 75 g danish feta cheese crumbled
- 50 g baby spinach leaves
- 1 tspn rosemary paste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta-drain.
Heat 1 tblespn oil in pan. Add mince and onion and brown.Add pasta sauce and season with S&P. Simmer until cooked.
Add feta, spinach,rosemary and toss until leaves just wilted. Serve.
