Ingredients

  • 400 g penne pasta
  • 500 g lamb mince or beef
  • 1 medium brown onion, finely chopped
  • 690 ml jar italien tomato pasta sauce
  • 1 small carrot peeled & grated
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 75 g danish feta cheese crumbled
  • 50 g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tspn rosemary paste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta-drain.
Heat 1 tblespn oil in pan. Add mince and onion and brown.Add pasta sauce and season with S&P. Simmer until cooked.
Add feta, spinach,rosemary and toss until leaves just wilted. Serve.
