Crumb Boss Tiramisu Truffles

Ingredients

• 20 oz White Chocolate
• 1/2 c Cream Cheese,softened and whipped
• 1 T Instant Coffee Granules dissolved in 1 teaspoon hot water 1tsp
• Cocoa powder for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 10 ounces white chocolate, cream cheese and coffee/water mixture.

Roll in balls. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Dip in 10 ounces white chocolate and roll in cocoa powder. Refrigerate
