Rolls (Pesach)

Ingredients

  • 2 C matzah meal
  • 1 TB sugar
  • 1 C water
  • 1/2 C oil
  • 4 eggs
  • seltzer

Preparation

Step 1



1. Bring water and oil to boil.

2. Add the mm and sugar.

3. Mix well and add the eggs.

4. Let sit for 15 minutes.

5. Make into large balls and put into cookie sheet.

6. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
