Ingredients
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed (or you can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place chicken in slow cooker.
2. Combine the soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, mustard, pepper and tapioca in a bowl and whisk until combined. Pour over chicken.
3. Cover and cook on LOW 4-6 hours. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
