Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1 cup cream or milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 (10oz) cans beef bouillon or mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 tbsp margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together beef, crumbs, cream, onion, butter, beaten egg and seasonings. Shape into tiny meatballs and brown them lightly. In a casserole, start the gravy; melt margarine, add flour, undiluted soup, water. Add meatballs. Bake approximately 1 hour.
