Honey spiced Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries,
  • 1 cup of apple cider
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • pinch of salt



Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, until thickened, 15 minutes. Cool. Remove cinnamon stick, cloves and bay leaf. Transfer to airtight container. Cover and chill up to 1 day
