Ingredients

  • Spread mac and cheese in a baking dish; chill and cut into squares. Whisk 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 cup cold club soda. Mix with a pinch of cayenne. Fry 1 to 2 minutes.
