Miniature Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1/4 lb. butter
• 1 c. flour
• 1 3oz. cream cheese
• 1 egg, beaten
• 3/4 c. brown sugar
• 1 T. melted oleo
• 1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together first 3 ing. & form into 24 balls. Press into miniature cupcake pan.
Mix together last 4 ing. & put into crust.
Bake at 350degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees for 10 mins.
When cool, sprinkle with powder sugar.
