Chicken wings are marinated in soy sauce, brown sugar, butter, and
dry mustard, then baked. They are good served hot or cold. Plan ahead to marinate for 2 hours.

  • 15 chicken wings
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 3/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Disjoint chicken wings, discarding bony tips. Arrange wing parts in a
shallow baking pan.

2. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, butter, dry mustard, and water and heat
until sugar and butter dissolve. Cool and pour over wings. Marinate in
refrigerator 2 hours, turning occasionally.

3. Bake in marinade at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes, turning once and
spooning marinade over chicken occasionally. Drain and serve hot or cold.
