Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 3 0r 4 lge. sweet potatoes
• 3 eggs
• 3 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1 1/2 t. nutmeg
• 4 t. vanilla
• 1 c. oleo

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes until tender, cool, peel & mush until fluffy.
Mix all ing. until smooth. Add to potatoes. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45-75 minutes.

Note; Makes 2 pies.
