Ingredients
- 2/3 cup non-fat dry milk
- 1/2 cup owdered non-dairy creamer
- 1/2 cocoa powder
- (preferably Dutch-process)
- 1/2 cup granulated no-calorie sweetener (or 12 packets)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small container with a lid, combine all ingredients and shake well.
2. To make one serving of hot chocolate, measure 3 tablespoons of the mix into a mug. Add 6 ounces very hot or boiling water and whisk or stir well.
