Easy Cheesy Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients

  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 Cups Hunt’s® Ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. Gulden’s® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 envelope (1 ounce) dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray. Whisk together ketchup, mustard and brown sugar in small bowl; set aside.
Mix together beef, eggs, soup mix, bread crumbs, cheese and 1 cup of the ketchup mixture in large bowl until well combined. Divide and form meat mixture into six mini loaves, about 1 cup each (5" x 2½" x 1" loaves). Arrange in prepared baking dish. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Bake 30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Top each meatloaf with about 2 tablespoon of remaining ketchup mixture. Bake additional 10 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
