Barbecued Edamame ***

Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen or fresh edamame
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/2 ts chili powder
- 1/2 ts cumin
- 1/8 ts ground red pepper
- 1/2 ts salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the edamame and cook for about 5 min or until bright green. Drain.
2. Heat the oil in a lg nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add the chili powder, cumin, and red pepper and cook for 30-sec or until fragrant. Add the edamame and cook, tossing, for about 1 min or until hot and well coated. Add the salt and remove from the heat. Transfer to a bowl and serve warm or at room temperature.
