Peanut Patties

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 c sugar
• 1 c milk
• 2/3 c corn syrup
• 3 c peanuts
• 1 T butter
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except butter and vanilla.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often.
Cook until firm ball stage.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Beat with a spoon until glossy.
Spoon into buttered muffin tins.
