Ingredients
- 2 large artichoke hearts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan
- 1 Tbl chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove,minced

Preparation
Step 1
Cut stems at base then snap off all leaves, cut hears in half lenghtwise. Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Add the hearts and reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until tender when pierced about 20-30 minutes. Drain and cool.
Whirl all the ingredients together in a food processor until blended.
