Ingredients
- Icing:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp veg oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cup flour
- 2 cup grated carrots
- 12 ox crushed pineapple with juice
- 8 ox chopped coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp milk
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat 350. Bake 35-40 mins
Mix dry ingredients. Add the rest and mix.
Pour into 9x 13 greased pan.
Let cool.
Beat icing until mixed.
