Ingredients

  • 1 bag Ghirardelli 60% cocoa bitter sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 bag Ghirardelli Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 370 12-14 mins.
Melt bitter sweet chocolate chips and butter.
Beat eggs and sugar until thick and then stir in chocolate mixture.

Mix in separate bowl: flour and baking powder. Add to mixture.

Mix in semi sweet chocolate chips.

Roll dough in 2 2inch logs using plastic wrap. wrap tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.

unwrap and cut into 3/4" slices.

Place 1 1/2" apart on greased cookie sheet.

Cool on baking sheet.
